Hye people, lama rasanya saya menyepi dari dunia blog ni :) Al-maklumlah, rumah sewa belum ada wifi. Office pulak, tak sempat la nak berblog. Setakat update status facebook tu sempat la. So bila ada kelapangan je la, blog ni ter-update ;) InsyaAllah akan cuba selalu update blog ok.
Ok, berbalik pada tajuk "Belajar Dari Soalan" kenapa biasa dengar belajar dari kesilapan kan? Actually benda ni betul-betul happen kat Ilan last Friday. Dekat office ilan ada satu application named Jabber; something like Yahoo Messenger. So kita boleh chat to all people in the organisation. Tak kira la kat mana orang tu ada. But mostly, chat pasal kerja je. Unless dengan kawan-kawan, sometimes merapu jugak lah! Ok nak jadikan cerita, a field support from China jabber me. Nama dirahsiakan ok ;)

FS : If client buy monitor only, we should charge one-time cost or charge as leasing?
.....ok saya blur sekejap, tadi bukan main lagi cakap "sure". Tengok belakang, senior away. Jengah depan, team leader away. Terus cari notes leasing. Agak-agak je nak reply ni.
Me : One-time cost, meaning if client buy accessories separately with laptop, then we charge as one-time cost; a.k.a buying process. Not leasing. (dalam hati entah betul entah tak)
Lepas tu, nampak my team leader sign in back, terus jabber dia. Tanya betul ke accessories one-time cost. Hahaha. Nasib la betul. Team leader explain dengan panjang lebarnya. Yes! I got her point! So, lihat! Secara tak langsung, even from a very simple question, saya dah paham one important thing. Selama ni paham gitu-gitu je. #sengal
Kesimpulannya, kalau ada orang tanya kita something, take it as a chance to learn. Sometimes kita pun tak tahu benda tu jugak ;) Betul tak?
