over-stress symptom

terlalu letih hari ni. tapi masih ada kudrat ber-entri. kalau ada kerusi urut ogawa pun sedap! i just doing some research about over-stress. i dont know why, today badan rasa sangat lemah. it become worse when early morning i need to wake up and getting out of my bed. easy to get in but hard to get out. got no mood to go to work. but i have to! urrgh. letih semacam. padahal hari ni hadap berapa case je pun. ceh! macam lawyer pulak layan case eh?
